Centering Prayer

7:30-9:00 PM in Room 201

Centering Prayer is a contemplative method of prayer that gives us a way to respond to God's initiative, a way of being present to God in spite of all the many obstacles within us that distract and block our efforts to pray and notice God's presence around us and within us.  This prayer "without words" invites stillness and deepens our relationship with God, who is ever seeking us.  We are all beginners and everyone is welcome!
