Who We Are

St. Anne’s Episcopal Church is a Christ-centered community that welcomes all into a deeper relationship with God. The church building in which we worship together is located in Church Circle in Annapolis. Our identity as the Church in the Circle symbolizes our call to be a community that invites everyone to experience the encircling love of God. God's love surrounds us wherever we are -- not just while we are engaged in our church worship and activities. But our worship, study, fellowship, and service to others as members of St. Anne's Church makes God's love more apparent in our lives. For example, our focus on God's presence in our worship together on Sundays helps make us more aware of God's presence during the rest of the week as well.
Our worship services are conducted according to the Episcopal Book of Common Prayer and take place throughout the week, in addition to our Sunday services. Excellent music assists our worship experience and draws us closer to God. We engage in many and varied outreach and service projects locally and globally through which we experience the love of God in Jesus Christ. Through Christian formation programs for children, youth, and adults, all participants of St. Anne’s Church are encouraged to grow spiritually. Through opportunities for fellowship, we build and deepen our relationships with one another.
