April Vestry Meeting
The Vestry met on the second Tuesday of this month. Highlights of the meeting include:
The Vestry met on Tuesday, May 11. The Vestry approved:
1.Buying 50 new musicians' chairs to replace those in the choir loft.
2. Giving $5000 to Head Start to replace those funds expected to come from Tea and Crumpets.
3. Reappointing the Fiscal Committee to review investments, mutual funds and asset allocation.
Also:
1. The Vestry met in Executive Session to draw up a compensation plan for the new Associate Rector.
2. Bill Wilbert reported that HPC has approved the new brick driveway for the church provided that the new paving pattern meets their guidelines and that there is an archaeologist on site when we remove the old bricks.
