Sunday School
Anne, the grandmother of our Lord, wants your children in her Sunday school.

Welcome to Sunday School!
In our Sunday School, we try to engage children with the same messages that their parents are receiving in church. We believe that a mature faith begins early and that by teaching children to think about God at a young age, we are planting seeds for the future. We also believe that kids should enjoy coming to church, and we try to do everything we can to make Sunday School fun and entertaining for everyone who comes.
Curriculum
Our Sunday School runs from age 3 up until children are in fifth grade. We use curricula that are geared toward each particular age group.
We teach pre-schoolers and kindergartners using a program called Godly Play. The program teaches children to understand biblical stories using the Montessori-type teaching methods. More information about Godly Play can be found here.
Elementary school classrooms use Share the Joy. According to the official description for the curriculum: "Share the Joy 6 is organized into self-contained thematic sessions and follows the seasons of the Church year. Children experience what it means to be a Christian. Share the Joy teaches the foundations of faith based on the word of God, lived in community and grounded in service to others. Each lesson engages children in the learning process and encourages them to participate in and more fully understand Sunday worship."
