How can I get involved in the community?

With the number of programs and ministries at St. Anne's it can be a little difficult to know how to begin getting involved in the community. If you come to church on Sunday, you are already participating in an important part of our community life. Many people join us just for our church services. However, there is much more to what we do.

Becoming a part of the community is not much more difficult than just showing up. There are many opportunities to come to the church, have fun and just meet people. Every Sunday after the service there is some social time, and there are many fun annual events that are opportunities to meet people. You can also get involved in a ministry, whether by volunteering to help out or just coming to a meeting or an event. Take a look around our website, see what's going on at the church, contact people listed on the site for more information and jump in.

Don't know quite where to start? We'll help you. Fill out our Church Interest Form or fill out the yellow card in the pew the next time you're in church and drop it in the collection plate. Once you do, someone will be in touch with you shortly. Whatever your level of involvement, we are happy to have you in our community. We think that you will find that the more you get involved, the more rewarding it will be.
