Child Care in the Nursery

2011 Summer

Welcome to St. Anne’s Nursery. We are glad to have your child participate. Our child care hours in the Nursery are from 9:00 A.M. until 12:30 P.M. Nursery is provided for families who attend the 9:30 and/or 11:15 Liturgy and/or formation hour. In the event of an emergency we will call your cell phone number or an usher will ask you to come to the Nursery. The nursery is for children 4 years old and younger.

You will be asked to sign your child in and out of the nursery. Your signature at the bottom of this form indicates that your child is registered for any or all Sunday’s this summer.
