Adult Forum/The Spirit of the Lord is Upon Me

Our sessions will be held in the parish hall, immediately following the 10 a.m. service. This year’s forum will feature ministry presentations, sessions with renowned scholars, and discussions about holy scripture based on a schedule of readings. Our Spring 2024 series, Scholars on Scripture, will focus on 2 Corinthians, the Gospel of John, and the Psalms. Here is our upcoming schedule:

April 14 -- Dr. Derek Olsen -- Reading the Psalms with the Early Christians. 

April 21 -- Dr. Rebecca Hancock -- The Psalms as Songs of the Individual and the Worshiping Community.

May 5 -- J. Ernest Green and Larry Molinaro, Psalms in the works of Claudio Monteverdi, a 17th-century composer to the Adult Forum announcement.
