"1776" Fall Picnic - Sunday, September 13th
What: The Hospitality Ministry announces our annual Fall picnic with a special "1776" theme honoring the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence.
When: Sunday, September 13th after the 10:00 a.m. service in the Churchyard.
How:
(1) Food and Beverages: Voluntary contributions of "1776" food types by members (including non-alcoholic beverages).
The Hospitality Ministry will provide the two main dishes: chicken (fried, tenders, etc.) and ham and biscuits/rolls sandwiches. Members are asked to bring sides dishes and desserts. Sign up when you register, and then I will send (email) you the recipe (you can use the receipe I send or your own).
(2) Setup and Cleanup - volunteers to help setup and clean up. Sign up when you register.
(3) Costumes: Start getting your costumes ready. If desired and possible, please come in colonial costume and/or 250th celebration dress!
