A Cup of Cold Water Ministry invites you to a workshop to explore practical ways to support ‍cognitive health and long-term wellbeing through nutrition and daily habits.

·       Walk away with simple next steps to better support your cognitive wellbeing

·       Discuss meal ideas for caregiving and meal ministry
