Successful Cemetery Survey Day & Volunteer on Greenscape Day April 25

Great Teamwork for a Successful Cemetery Survey Day!

Casey cleans a grave and Jay tags its location on Cemetery Survey Day last Saturday.

Great teamwork at Saturday’s Cemetery Survey Day! 🪦

Here, Casey is carefully cleaning gravestones while Jay tags their locations in the Find A Grave app—an important step in preserving our cemetery’s history and making these memorials easier for families to find.

A big thank‑you to Casey’s father, Colin, for sharing this sweet photo from the day.

We’re deeply grateful to our Cemetery Committee volunteers who entered new grave records and geotagged 60 existing memorials. This meaningful work helps connect people with loved ones and honors those buried at St. Anne’s.

Thank you to everyone who gave their time and care!

Join St. Anne’s for a project GreenScape Day at Cedar Bluff Cemetery on Saturday, April 25, at 9 a.m. We will help plant spreading perennial flowering plants provided to us by the City of Annapolis. Many hands make light work of getting the plants in the ground. All ages are welcome. Questions? Contact Ginger DeLuca at virginiacdeluca@gmail.com.
