Staffing Transition

I write to share an important staffing transition at St. Anne’s.

Nancy Pollack, our Parish Administrator, had been planning to retire on December 31, 2026. Yet, for personal reasons, she has decided to move that timeline forward, and her final day with us will be October 2, 2026. We are deeply grateful for Nancy and for her faithful ministry among us. Throughout her service to St. Anne’s, she has brought professionalism, grace, wisdom, and genuine care to her work. Nancy truly wore many hats, supporting the life of the parish in countless ways. Many of those ways were done quietly and behind the scenes. Her dedication has been a gift to our congregation, staff, and broader community.  

Since the interim-ministry period in 2017,  the Parish Administrator position became increasingly multifaceted, and the breadth and complexity of its responsibilities grew too large for any one individual. As we prepare for this transition, we are therefore discerning how best to divide the position into two distinct roles: a Senior Staff Accountant/Finance Manager and an Office Manager.

We are thrilled and blessed that Julie Hancock, who has administrative experience in a large church setting, will graciously step in and serve as interim Office Manager during this transition.

May the Lord bless us as we seek to reconcile people with God and each other by Building, Engaging, Evangelizing, and Forming disciples of Jesus.
