Mitchell Memorial Invitation

Members of St. Anne's Episcopal Church are invited to attend the unveiling of the historic and iconic Parren J. Mitchell Memorial, scheduled for Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at the Roger "Pip" Moyer Recreation Center, 271 Hilltop Lane, Annapolis, Maryland.

The late Congressman Mitchell was the first African American Episcopalian elected to Congress from Maryland.  Parren Mitchell was a member of St. James Episcopal Church in Baltimore.

On Wednesday, May 28th, we anticipate hundreds joining us to pay homage to the late congressman. I hope that members of St. Anne's Episcopal Church can join us.
