Clergy Epistle

Dear Friends in Christ,

We are delighted to announce that Caleb Briggs has joined the St. Anne’s staff full-time as our Office Assistant. Caleb has already made a positive impact in the life of our parish, and we are thrilled to welcome him officially into this vital role on our administrative team.

As Office Assistant, Caleb will be a key presence at the heart of our parish operations—helping to create a welcoming and well-organized environment for all who walk through our doors, in conjunction with our dedicated volunteer office receptionists. His work will involve assisting individuals seeking support or guidance and ensuring that the church’s reception area—supported by our volunteer staff—reflects the spirit of grace and order that defines our community.

Caleb’s responsibilities include managing phone and email inquiries, supporting clergy scheduling, maintaining accurate records through our Realm® database, and coordinating communications and materials for church events and programs. He will also play a central role in event logistics, volunteer coordination, signage, and the preparation of bulletins and other worship materials. Additionally, Caleb will support our safety and security efforts by monitoring access to the church and responding appropriately to any concerns that arise.

With a keen eye for detail, a gracious spirit, and a heart for service, Caleb is already a valued presence in the parish house. Please join us in offering him a warm and joyful welcome as he continues to serve St. Anne’s in this expanded capacity.

In Christ’s peace,

Manoj+

The Rev. Dr. Manoj Mathew Zacharia, Rector of St. Anne’s Episcopal Church
