Sacramental Rite of Confirmation Class Begins November 4

Mother Alice and Father Dion will be teaching an informative three-session course on the sacramental rite of Confirmation, starting November 4. Confirmation gives those who have been baptized as infants or young adults a chance to reaffirm their commitment to Christ through the laying on of hands by a bishop. If you would like to be confirmed or received into the Episcopal Church, please consider joining this preparatory class. Bishop Carrie Schofield-Broadbent will confirm and receive those participating in the class during her visit to St. Anne's on Sunday, January 4th, 2026.

Confirmation is offered to adults or youth, 8th grade and up. Those who are confirmed and baptized in other Christian denominations are welcome to be received into the Episcopal Church. Classes will be held in the Parish Hall from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on November 4, 11 and 18. Dinner will be provided! To sign up, email Alice+ at agrant@stannes-annapolis.org.
