Wisdom Literature - Summer Adult Forum Begins May 31

"Wisdom literature" generally consists of the books of Proverbs, Ecclesiastes, and Job in the Old Testament. Other books of wisdom are included in the Apocrypha of the Catholic bible. Following the curriculum of the free online resource provided by the Yale Divinity School, we will do a thematic study of the three books of wisdom this summer with the aim of understanding and applying their "instructions" on how to live a good life. We hope you will join us at back of the sanctuary beginning Sunday, May 31, 2026 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. to discuss these important topics. Summer Adult Forum is a lay-led discussion-based group. We rotate facilitators each week, and seek to have a balanced, thoughtful, open exchange of ideas and perspectives on how to live a life honoring God, our self, and others.
