On Sunday, December 1, we will celebrate and observe the first Sunday in Advent with an evening service of Lessons and Carols.  Modeled after the fabled Kings College Christmas Lessons and Carols services, this beautiful service focuses on the prophecy of the coming of the Messiah into the world.

After Christ the King Sunday, you are invited to join Suburb Theology on Tuesday night November 26 when we talk about how we can improve our church.

We will be making Advent Wreaths on December 1 from 11:30am-1pm in the Parish Hall and are in need of some greens!

The King William's Players of St. John's College will be performing William Shakespeare's Hamlet on December 6 and 7 at 7 p.m. at the Francis Scott Key Auditorium (FSK).

Trees play a seminal role in the sustenance of life. In the Biblical imagery of creation, redemption, and renewal, trees are an integral part of the world's flourishing. However, trees also have a life span. On November 21, our beautiful elm tree located on the circle proximate to West Street will need to be cut down.
