What Are You Building Today for the Next Generation to Say Yes to God?
As we celebrated the Feast of St. Anne and St. Joachim and another year of parish life at St. Anne's, Fr. Manoj+ invited us to consider a powerful question:
What are you building today that will help someone else say "yes" to God tomorrow?
In this week's sermon clip, he reflects on the "moral scaffolding of grace" that supports generations of faith. Like the scaffolding that enables a building to rise, countless acts of faithfulness- teaching children to pray, welcoming strangers, caring for those in need, and sustaining the life of the Church- create the conditions in which others can hear God's call and respond with courage.
Take a few moments to watch the clip below and reflect on the gifts of faith you have received and the legacy you are helping to build.
