Fall Adult Forum: Church & State Lecture Series
Sunday, October 4, at 11:30 a.m. in the Parish Hall
What happened to the Church when America became a nation?
The Adult Forum Committee invites you to explore the history and contemporary realities of Church & State in the Fall Adult Forum lecture series. On Sunday, October 4th, our speaker is Eric Fredland, Ph.D., St. Anne’s Historian, who will offer a historical look at the changes that reshaped the church during and after the American Revolution, including disestablishment and the passage of the Vestry Act. Together, these events transformed the life of the Church in Maryland. Join the conversation at Adult Forum at 11:30 a.m. in the Parish Hall.
