Nametag Orders

Replacement/New Nametag Orders

You may order a new nametag at no additional cost to you by mailing/delivering the incorrect nametag to the Parish House (199 Duke of Gloucester Street) with a note explaining what needs to be updated. You are eligible for this if:

1.      Your name was misspelled on your name tag, or

2.      You have a pacemaker or other medical device and would prefer a pin instead of a magnet.

You may also order a nametag at no cost to you if you are a member in good standing. St. Anne’s will be accepting orders for nametags until Sunday, September 7. Please order your nametag at https://www.stannes-annapolis.org/nametag-order-form.

If you are not a member in good standing and would like to order a nametag or if you need to order a replacement nametag because you misplaced it, the cost is $20 per nametag.
