St. Anne's Cemetery Events in March

🌿 Upcoming Events in the St. Anne’s Cemetery
We invite you to join us this March as we care for, celebrate, and share the historic beauty of St. Anne’s Cemetery. Whether you love gardening, enjoy community service, or are interested in our rich local history, there’s something for everyone.

🌱 March 5 – Cemetery Stewards Return to Work
9:30 a.m. in the Cemetery
Our dedicated cemetery stewards will be resuming their seasonal work, and we welcome friendly faces to join in.
Together we will:

Cut back last year’s dead growth in the gardens
Pull early weeds
Assess what needs attention in the months ahead
Determine what plantings may need clearing or replacing

It’s a peaceful way to start the season and reconnect with the grounds we lovingly tend.

🧹 March 7 – St. Anne’s & Cedar Bluff Cemetery Clean-Up Day
10:00 a.m.
All are invited—congregation, friends, and neighbors—to help refresh the cemetery for spring.
We’ll be clearing:

Trash and debris
Christmas and winter decorations
Any remaining seasonal clutter

Many hands make light work, and your help ensures our grounds reflect the care and respect they deserve.

📜 March 21 & 22 – Maryland Day Tours
In celebration of Annapolis250 and St. Anne’s contribution to Maryland Day, we will be offering special guided tours:

Church Tour: 1:00 p.m.
Cemetery Tour: 2:00 p.m.

Come explore the stories, history, and heritage that make St. Anne’s such an important thread in the fabric of Annapolis.

We hope you’ll join us for one—or all—of these meaningful events as we honor our past, enrich our present, and care for our sacred spaces together.
